Everything you want to know (and then some!)
Float trip information
Where should we go?
Your scenic float trip starts at the Float Trip Meeting Place in Moose Village. Please visit our website to view a map of the Meeting Place. DO NOT USE electronic navigation/maps within Grand Teton National Park, as you may get inaccurate results due to poor cell coverage.
Plan to arrive at the Meeting Place at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Meeting Time. Summer road construction between Jackson and Moose Village may add 15-20 minutes to your travel time.
Your Boatman will be driving a dark green Barker-Ewing van towing a trailer and raft.
What should we bring?
Please be sure to bring water - it is very easy to get dehydrated at this elevation - and sun protection such as a broad-brimmed hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. You may bring a small tote bag or day pack for your personal items; cameras and binoculars can be brought at your own risk.
You’ll be outdoors for several hours, so wear casual clothing and comfortable soft-soled shoes. Weather conditions and temperatures can vary widely throughout the day, so bring along layers like a windbreaker, a fleece jacket, and a warm hat. You should not expect to be splashed on the scenic float trip. There are restrooms at the Float Trip Meeting Place as well as at the launch site. Anticipate 2 hours between restroom opportunities.
Seems fun, do I need to sign a waiver?

Ceremony Information
Who is officiating?
The Case's good family friend, Rev. Dr. Christie Laughery will be officiating. The ceremony will not be religious. We imagine Christie playing the role of emcee and having our families share wisdom, readings and reflections on marriage.
What's up with the wedding tree?
A bit of a Jackson secret, the wedding tree is in Bridger-Teton national forest. Parker and Kathryn visited last August and it was clear it was the right spot for them! You can read more about it on their website.
Who is speaking?
Hopefully, you! We invite every person who is coming to the wedding to bring a reading or reflection on love, commitment, or marriage. It's not required, but if you are interested in speaking, we want to hear it! Please reach out to us, so we can plan.
